The primary purpose of this role is to work as a member of the agency and support senior lawyers.
Preparing and reviewing draft advice, presentations, and communications on a range of legal matters, including regulatory, commercial and criminal issues for the review of qualified senior lawyers.
Conducting legal research and searchers for relevant information, collating and analysing information and ensuring accurate documentation is provided within agreed timeframes.
Assisting in the delivery of quality assurance activities, including the evaluation, review and feedback of business improvements ensuring that risks and issues are reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
Maintaining a proactive approach to self-development by observing and working with more senior lawyers.
Build and maintain effective networks and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you
You will be an undergraduate third (3rd) or fourth (4th) year university student currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor at one of the following universities (minimum 16 subjects successfully completed):
- UQ
- QUT
- GU
- USQ
