We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to express their interest for the temporary role of AO4 Testing Analyst in Technology & Infrastructure (T&I) within Smart Service Queensland. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ICT applications and contribute towards enhancing the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities include:
• Produce test artefacts to validate ICT applications (hardware and software) developed and maintained by SSQ.
• Design test plan, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts based on the business requirements, user stories and design documents.
• Execute tests to ensure that business requirements are met throughout the entire test cycle.
• Maintain all test artefacts in accordance with the established standards to support compliance and audit.
• Undertake system, functional, regression, integration and acceptance testing.
• Analyse test results and report any unexpected outcomes and defects.
• Work collaboratively to build positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate test planning, preparation, execution, and defect resolution within required timeframes, to confirm they meet business requirements.
• Contribute to test planning (including automation), scheduling, preparation and report development.
• Perform on call duties and other tasks allocated within ICT testing team as required.
The position reports to the test team. The position will require working from multiple sites and outside of normal business hours to meet the business needs.
