The below is a list of high-level responsibilities for this role:
- Develop, implement or enhance security incident monitoring and detection engineering related technologies such as Splunk
- Document or improve security incident management related processes, procedures and playbooks
- Lead or perform security incident investigations by using SOC related tools
- Develop SOC function capabilities for the team
- Research and drive vulnerability management enhancement
- Track vulnerabilities and threat intelligence to ensure rapid response to potential threats
- Cultivate and maintain productive partnerships with various stakeholders
- Undertake other tasks/domains within Information Security Services as required.
