Remuneration value up to $497 941 p.a. (L25 – L27) or Remuneration value up to $455 624 p.a. (L18 – L24), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., plus private practice arrangements.

Purpose of the role

As a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Oncology you will be a valued and passionate team member.  You will work with the Clinical Director Cancer Care Services to deliver a high standard of care to allocated patients to ensure Oncology services are provided to the highest standard and delivered safely, efficiently and within the standards of the discipline and the ethics of the profession.

Your opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Oncology to facilitate the delivery of high-quality care to patients of the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.

Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) evidence as required for your employment in accordance with legislation/government policy and Directives.
