Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
Your Opportunity:
- Provide professional and technical advice and recommendations on asset management practices for the health service infrastructure, equipment and building services across CHQ, with a key focus on QCH Precinct in support of the Hard FM Services. The position will coordinate efficient and effective asset management planning, analysis and reporting in compliance with all relevant legislation and Queensland Health policies.
- Participate in the development of a range of strategy, planning and reporting documents (including, but not limited to, the Strategic Maintenance Plan, Strategic Asset Management Plan, Asset Lifecycle Plans, Air Quality Management Plan, Water Quality Management Plan) to ensure that the CHQ asset management system delivers outcomes that align with strategic intentions, addresses risk and compliance, and derives value over the asset lifecycle.
- The role supports the operational planning of QCH as a statewide quaternary hospital.
