As our System Administrator - SharePoint you will:
• Provide second and third level support to clients for enterprise business applications, with a focus on the Microsoft SharePoint Platform, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and vendors in resolving incidents and requests according to service standards and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Write and maintain clear process documentation and standard operational procedures (SOPs).
• provide advice to management, clients, and team members on Microsoft SharePoint Platforms, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to participate in application development, continuous improvement, testing, and maintenance.
• Participate in operational programs and projects including the enhancement of the systems or information to support changing business needs.
• Foster and role-model a work environment that values performance, improvement, innovation and outcomes and knowledge sharing within the business unit.
• Actively participate in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture where team members enjoy coming to work, and ethical practices, workplace safety, equity, and diversity are valued.

The relevant SFIA skills for this role are:

• Application Support (ASUP) Level 5).
• Change management (CHMG) Level 4.
• Customer Service Support (CSMG) Level 4.
• Programming/software development (PROG) Level 3.
• Specialist Advice (TECH) Level 4.
