In this role you will liaise with key stakeholders across government and the private sector to execute effective workforce planning, and deliver high-quality industrial and employee relations advice. If that isn't enough, you'll also be accountable for the delivery of a bespoke, award-winning whole-of-government graduate program.

•Listen and lead —working together and with others you will achieve great outcomes.
•Lift up each other - you will champion and support others and take pride in work.
