About the role

Deliver Clinical Pharmacy services on a rotational basis to multiple specialty pharmacy work units, multidisciplinary teams and the dispensary within Caboolture Hospital and other facilities throughout the Directorate, and to stakeholders / customers of Queensland health in accordance with organisational goals.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide input into the development of Clinical Pharmacy practices, procedures and protocols.
• Work cooperatively and effectively within the pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams and with patients/clients.
• Participate in the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of pharmacy services within Caboolture Hospital and other facilities.
• Participate in medicine safety initiatives, medicines use evaluation, collection of Key Performance Indicator data, and other medicine management quality improvement activities where appropriate
