Change, Release and Environment Management is responsible for:
The governance and application of the change management process used in QSS to administer system changes.
The planning, coordination and control of system releases for each of the HR, Payroll, Finance and Third-Party solutions managed by QSS.
The preparation and management of activities related to the environment to sustain systems and solutions and ensure their integrity and stability.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing the creation, scheduling, approval and successful release of change requests, ensuring minimum impact to business and technology services.
Manage and contribute to the change process by employing Agile and DevOps practices alongside ITIL Change Management methodologies and leveraging advanced toolsets such as ITSM and cloud-native solutions.
Oversee the master schedule of change and communicating to the Business and 3rd party suppliers. Develop, implement and maintain the Change Management policy, processes and standards ensuring alignment of the entire organisation complies with the procedures in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Analysis of complex services, covering a diverse range of technologies and 3rd party suppliers, to ensure that proposed change requests meet required standards, including comprehensive analysis of risk, business impact & continuity, backout plans, test plans, resource requirements and availability.
