About you:
As a Principal Learning and Development Officer, you'll work with our skilled team of experts in the Regulatory Strategy and Capability team to develop, deliver and facilitate professional training to increase the capability of our team members so they have the skills they need to do their jobs well. As the driving force behind our learning strategy, you will identify training needs, develop impactful learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement for our diverse workforce. With a focus on operational employee's regulatory skills, you will lead in developing engaging adult learning materials, supervising projects and coordinating delivery across various formats including online, face-to-face, and virtual.
