You will be required to facilitate the management, direction and coordination of contracted or established trade resources and activities to provide reliable and efficient building, engineering and maintenance services.

About your role:

• Ensure maintenance services provided, are client focused, value for money and meet the Hospital & Health Service level requirements.
• Develop and maintain a programmed approach for the management of assets through a Corporate Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in line with Queensland Health's Asset Maintenance Policies and Procedures.
• Develop, evaluate and assist with implementation of contracted maintenance services to a level authorised by the HHS, to achieve compliance and service delivery responsibilities.
• Identify and assess staff training requirements that will promote professional development, enhance management skills, develop artisan skills that encourage quality improvement principles and cost- effective services.
