Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end transactional processing for QSS customer with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, adhering to the appropriate legislation and frameworks; operating to key standards.
  • Monitor and prioritize work queues to ensure that work is completed within agreed service levels.
  • Identify and resolve issues and errors within the transactional processing process.
  • Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, and escalate issues as required.
  • Work collaboratively within the organisation to ensure a seamless service delivery experience and support team members and other teams where volumes exceed capacity.
  • Continuously review and improve transactional processing procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

There are multiple AO3 roles are available on permanent and fixed-term temporary flexible full-time basis in various work locations in Queensland- Brisbane CBD, Robina, Toowoomba, Maroochydore, Gympie, Cairns. Please indicate your preferred location on your application.
