The Facility Supervisor at the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) is a member of a centralized team offering support and guidance to staff across all MASS service areas. This position involves performing various administrative tasks and ensuring staff efficiency to meet business needs. It also provides administrative assistance to support facility management operations within Metro South Health (MSH).

About the Role

  • Maintain effective administrative support to MASS offices as well as facility operations, procurement processes and workforce management.
  • Contribute to workforce planning for administrative and operational staff including establishment management, recruitment, staff development in consultation with the MASS Business Manager (Operations) and Administrative and Facility Manager.
  • Maintain/build and share knowledge of computerised information systems and databases including the ability to compile interpret and disseminate statistical data reports.
  • Contribute to maintaining and reviewing policies, procedures and workplace instructions pertaining to MASS facilities in consultation with the Business Manager (Operations) and the Administration and Facility Manager
