Tell me more...This role provides a unique opportunity to work within a remarkable part of Australia and make a significant contribution to improving the health and wellbeing of patients pre and post kidney transplant and patients receiving renal replacement therapies in local communities within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.
