About the role
Strategy and Governance (S&G) is responsible for a wide range of services across Queensland Public Trustee's (QPT), which includes prioritising approach, strategy, programs and projects, maintaining whole of organisation objectives, and providing rigorous, timely and accurate advice about whole of QPT strategy, policy, governance and engagement and progress and performance against the agency's strategic objectives.
As the Manager, Privacy and Complaints, you will oversee the centralised privacy and complaints management functions and frameworks for QPT. This pivotal role entails monitoring and analysing complaints information to discern trends and inform decision-making and fostering continuous improvement within the organisation. The Manager, Privacy and Complaints is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and providing advice on complex and sensitive complaints, administrative release of information, right to information, and information privacy requests, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines.
