The Oral Health at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Dental Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
To contribute to the work performance of the dental teams that are responsible for the provision of a high standard of general and specialist oral health care to all eligible clients within the service developmental framework.
About the Team
Mackay Oral Health have permanent clinics in Mackay, Proserpine and Bowen with outreach services to Sarina, Collinsville and Clermont. All clinics have recently been refurbished with modern equipment and adheres to strict standards. We are a training facility for James Cook University with final year dental student placements in Mackay and Proserpine. We deliver high quality services to eligible adult patients as well as school children through school dental services.

The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
