An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Nurse Educator (Perioperative) to join the Nursing and Midwifery Education team at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:

• Provide educational leadership to build workforce capacity and foster a culture of lifelong learning.
• Accountable for the coordination and delivery of a clinical education curriculum that addresses the learning and development needs of staff and their capacity to provide quality care every day.

Temporary Part Time (45.6 hours p.f.), from 24^th March 2025 for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $98,527 p.a., comprising salary rates $66.86 - $72.59 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Temporary Part Time, 45.6 hours p.f., from 24^th March 2025 for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension).
