About the role:

The Clinical Director, Intensive Care will be a leader to deliver great care for Central Queenslanders and will influence the delivery of services across CQ Health. They will lead, inspire, and foster excellence in clinical outcomes, scholarship, and staff development.

About you:

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Intensive Care Medicine Specialist registration (or eligibility for) with AHPRA, requiring FCICM.
  • Enrolment and maintenance of ongoing CME program with the appropriate bodies.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $528,432 p.a. is comprised of:

  • A salary rate between $251,527 - $266,677 p.a. (L25 – L27)
  • A salary rate between $210,332 - $244,313 p.a. (L18 – L24)
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
