About the role

The Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) program provides trusted financial advocacy, education, and services to help Queenslanders make informed decisions at key life stages. Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) staff in the CED program support customers through financial management, estate administration and document-making services. The CED training team provides support to frontline staff to ensure their success.

Reporting directly to the Manager, CED Customer Experience, you'll play a key role in building the skills and confidence of our frontline employees. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll design and deliver engaging face-to-face and online training, align learning with policies and legislation, and continuously refine training programs to meet evolving needs.

This is a full-time temporary position until up to 10 months available state-wide. Please download the role description for more information.
