An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Unit as a Administration Officer (Identified). You will be responsible for the coordination and management of high level administrative and secretariat activities to support the effective operational and strategic functions of the First Nations Cancer Care Survivorship Model Project, and the ability to deliver professional customer services with maturity, understanding, patience and a positive attitude.

About you:
- Proficiency in effective administrative and secretarial functions and support including, but not limited to, data entry, minute taking, system/electronic file/record management, team calendar coordination, report printing, incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail management, finance and payroll activities, photocopying, telephone enquiries and reception to internal and external clients.
- Capability to provide a high standard of professional customer focused service when responding to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain harmonious and collaborative work relationships within an interdisciplinary team and participate and contribute towards team goals.
