Across the state, Court Services Queensland (CSQ) employs over 1,300 skilled & dedicated staff, who work to deliver a range of services which support an independent judiciary and achieve quality outcomes for the community. Working closely with the judiciary will not only enhance your knowledge of the legal system but also provide a rewarding experience in contributing to the delivery of justice in Queensland. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring court users understand processes, enabling you to make a tangible difference in their experience and safety within the court system through the provision of support and empathy.

The Deputy Senior Registrar role provides an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the modernisation and improvement of the court system. With a focus on safety, innovation, efficiency, and enhanced access to justice, this position involves shaping a more responsive and user-friendly court experience in Queensland.

You will play a vital role in overseeing efficient registry operations, coaching and leading staff, supporting resource management, community engagement, and service improvement. Additionally, you'll provide essential support to the judiciary and various stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of effective processes for equitable services in a timely and efficient manner.

This role allows you to make a meaningful impact, adapt to evolving practices, and actively participate in the transformation of Queensland courts.
