QBuild is expanding! We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Training Coordinator to deliver expert guidance and support to our apprentices. In this role, you will be essential in overseeing their training and development, and ensuring they acquire the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed for their future careers.

Are you passionate about developing talent and fostering growth in others? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Apprentice Training Coordinator to support and strengthen QBuild's apprenticeship program. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding apprentices through their training and development, ensuring they gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed for successful careers.
You'll work closely with apprentices, supervisors and industry experts, providing support and resources to help them thrive. Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the local point of contact for the resolution of apprentice issues, including providing advice and support services to apprentices and regional teams.
- Assisting with apprentice selection, induction, and onboarding.
- Administrative duties including scheduling TAFE bookings, tracking of apprentice progression and reporting.
- Supporting training and development programs to ensure apprentices gain necessary competencies.
- Contributing to program improvements and best-practice processes.
- Engaging with project teams to ensure apprentices receive relevant hands-on experience.
- Frequent state-wide travel is a key aspect of this position.
