An exciting opportunity exists for a Registrar/Principal House Officer to join the Rehabilitation team on a 12-month contract with possibility of extension. Could this be you?

The Registrar/Principal House Officer assists Staff Specialists in managing acute and urgent medical cases by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care, while ensuring effective communication with patients and their families.

The Rockhampton Rehabilitation Unit is designed for rehabilitation, featuring 16 inpatient beds, 15 day therapy slots, and an amputee clinic. The medical team consists of a Rehabilitation Specialist and a Registrar. The interdisciplinary staff includes nursing, physiotherapy, and various therapy services, addressing cases like stroke, brain injury, and amputations.
