You will contribute to the delivery of customer focused payroll service by analysing, designing, reviewing and documenting complex business processes, to provide innovative and effective solutions to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of payroll outcomes.
What you will do
You will:
- Undertake the detailed analysis of payroll process issues to identify the root cause and develop alternative solutions.
- Work collaboratively with state-wide stakeholder groups to elicit and document their individual business requirements through workshops, brainstorming sessions, and meetings.
- Undertake the analysis of change impacts for stakeholders, and document key changes to payroll processes and business practices.
- Assess solution feasibility based on risk and improvement potential and produce options and/or recommendation papers to communicate findings.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Demonstrates analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members.
- Demonstrates experience in understanding the impact of system and business process to targeted stakeholder groups and the associated business process change activities to accommodate system implementations.
- Demonstrates ability to undertake analysis of complex payroll transactional processes within an integrated solution.
- Has high level consultation, negotiation, facilitation and communication skills and the ability to apply these in delivering system release communication and change activities to geographically dispersed stakeholders.
