The opportunity as our Senior Engagement Officer, Marketing and Research, you will:
• Develop and oversee communication and marketing strategies that influence behaviour change, including the preparation, approval, implementation and evaluation of campaigns.
• Draw on communication and marketing best practise to develop innovative strategies that achieve measurable objectives and the Program's key performance indicators.
• Assist with managing the Program's digital presence, including, but not limited to, its website and social media accounts.
• Build, maintain and improve key relationships (internal and external) to enable effective delivery of the Program's communication and marketing strategies.
• Develop, undertake and oversee the Program's social and campaign research projects and provide accurate analysis of the findings.
• Confidently manage multiple projects while meeting hard deadlines and budgets.
• Identify potentially sensitive or contentious issues or circumstances that create reputational risk.
• Provide support and direction to team members, delegating responsibilities to ensure program objectives are achieved.
You may also have
• Experience in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• A relevant qualification in communication, marketing and research from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Experience working with the Queensland Government's Advertising and
Communication Committee.
Licences and registrations
• Current unrestricted ‘C' class drivers' licence
