Role details
The Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for a Suicide Prevention Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Suicide Prevention Coordinator will coordinate, and lead suicide prevention activities based on the Zero Suicide in Healthcare Framework. The position will work with clinical services to strengthen systems across the MHHS in response to self-harm, suicidal ideation, suicide attempt and post-vention.
About the Team
Staff members of the Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development Team, work within a multi- disciplinary team framework to deliver high quality services safely and with a robust culture of continuing improvement. Staff work collaboratively with each other and with consumers, their families/carers and external service providers.
