The Contracts and Procurement Management Service provides strategic procurement advice and undertakes procurement initiatives for the SCHHS with a focus on the delivery of value for money outcomes ensuring efficient and effective use of SCHHS resources, improved contract management, better engagement with stakeholders and suppliers, and embracing innovation.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Support management and the principal/senior procurement officers to provide a point of accountability and manage all aspects of clinical and non-clinical procurement, management and reporting within SCHHS.
- Protection of SCHHS reputation by ensuring highest standard possible is achieved in procurement activities including probity, accountability and transparency.
- Undertake procurement activities in a manner that is compliant with local and system policy and procedure and ensure optimal procurement outcomes by maintaining a high level of communication, consultation and integrity.
Remuneration value up to $131,052 p.a., comprising salary between $105,568 - $114,861 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5).
