An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer -Clinical Director Support for the Mental Health and Specialised Services Medical Workforce Coordination team. This position facilitates the appointment, allocation, rostering and onboarding of Medical Officers across three primary service areas including Inpatient Units, Community Services and Child and Youth Mental Health Services.

The Administration Officer operates as an integral part of the coordination team providing high level operational and technical support for a variety of functions which include support with rostering and payroll and organising education and training sessions.
The administration Officer operates as a point of contact supporting functions for the Clinical Director, Medical Directors and Medical Officers of Mental Health & Specialised Services and all external and internal stakeholders. This position provides customer service excellence while upholding confidentiality and utilising discretion.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Clinical Director and Medical Directors.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office of the Clinical Director and Medical Directors on a day-to-day basis.
- Organise, coordinate, and manage all secretarial and administrative aspects for the Clinical Director and Medical Directors in a professional manner, including diary management.
Remuneration value up to $97,656 p.a., comprising salary between $76,963- $85,591p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3).
