About your role:
- Deliver an efficient and effective Occupational Therapy service through day-to-day planning, service prioritisation, demand management, administration, and resource management.
- Work cooperatively and effectively, using well developed communication skills, with other service providers and with clients, carers and families, including those from indigenous and CALD backgrounds.
- Apply competent professional clinical reasoning, resilience and problem-solving abilities to demanding caseloads, using valid and reliable clinical evidence, under the supervision or guidance of a more experienced practitioner.
- Contribute to the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities, including effective risk management, to enhance the delivery of a safe and efficient Occupational Therapy services and allied health services.
- Support a learning environment within the team and contribute to the development of other health service staff through mentoring, in-services, and sharing knowledge.
