Casual opportunity to provide an efficient, effective, professional and client focused administration support servicing in the following areas while participating in a 24/7 roster system.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Rotate through various allocated administration positions within the Emergency Department working across a 24/7 roster.
• Ability to work with the Management Team to successfully facilitate, promote and adapt to change to ensure continuous improvement in processes providing quality care to patients.

• As the first point of service, you are required to greet patients and/or their relatives professionally and courteously while remaining calm and empathetic ensuring that patient care and safety is the priority and focus.
