Senior Project Officer

The Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE) has an exciting opportunity for experienced project officers to join their unit. CLE aims to increase the management and leadership capability of the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) workforce, based on the underlying rationale that confident and capable leadership at all levels drives culture which in turn drives high quality healthcare outcomes. In this role you will support the design and delivery of leadership and management capability development programs and initiatives to the Queensland Health workforce. Multiple fixed-term temporary, full-time opportunities available located in Brisbane CBD. Enjoy work-life balance with flexible full-time hours!

About you
We are searching for someone who demonstrates:
- Ability to support projects through all phases of the project life cycle, applying project management methodologies, including project budget management, procurement, contract management and reporting.
- Knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge of contemporary approaches to the design and delivery of learning and development products and services.
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change, including the ability to develop relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Analytical, planning and evaluation skills including the ability to effectively integrate related activities to achieve project deliverables and outcomes.
