Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Provide advice on, maintain, or assist in the development of project and program management products, documents, and artefacts in accordance with TMR standards and frameworks.
• Review project management artefacts and provide advice to project teams.
• Provide advice to project managers and teams about ICT project governance and assist projects through the ICT Project Lifecycle.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation (business processes, how to guides, reference material) that support the operation of the Customer Services Safety & Regulation Portfolio Management Office (CSSR PMO).
• Coordinate and as appropriate assist with ad hoc business improvement activities, data collection or reporting tasks, and requests for information, at team (CSSR PMO), divisional, and whole-of-department levels.
• Maintain and enhance CSSR PMO's SharePoint site and MS Teams channels.
Highly desirable qualifications and conditions:
• Experience in project or program management or related activities such as ICT project or program governance or PMOs.
• Qualifications in PRINCE2® and/or Managing Successful Programs®
• Experience in using and maintaining SharePoint sites and forms, and Microsoft Teams channels for business unit reporting and operations.
