What your day will look like….
You'll be immersed in a collaborative clinical environment, engaging in ward rounds with a multidisciplinary team, assessing and managing patients, and gaining valuable exposure through occasional outpatient clinics. From coordinating care plans with senior staff to ensuring safe, informed patient discharges, your role is integral to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Along the way, you'll be guided by experienced senior medical professionals and encouraged to continuously build your skills and confidence through hands-on experience and dedicated learning opportunities.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising salary rates between $97,657 p.a. (L2) and $105,166 p.a. (L3), professional development allowance, professional development leave 1.6 weeks p.a. and professional indemnity cover. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
