The Customer Services Branch (CSB) is a part of the Customer Services, Safety & Regulation division and is accountable for providing trusted and secure services, while supporting safe road use. The branch serves more than 3.35 million customers across Queensland by provisioning several TMR products and services, including licencing, registration, road safety, vehicle inspections and driving testing.

What you will do:
• Provide expert advice on and lead the development and implementation of strategic HR and L&D activities including strategic workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement strategies.
• Provide leadership and direction to CSB's People, Culture and Capability function to develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve HR and L&D strategies and actions in alignment with Branch goals.
• Provide leadership and support to enable successful transformation and change programs.
• Liaise and engage with corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment to broader TMR strategy.
• Co-design, co-develop and co-deliver sustainable and contemporary workforce solutions and practices in partnership with subject matter experts and key stakeholders across the department.

Who we are looking for - an individual with:
• Experience in developing and delivering strategic workforce programs that inspire and transform an organisation.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to develop complex reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Exceptional ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and engaging with business to embrace change.
• Experience in engaging and collaborating with experts in their own fields, in a complex and often busy work environment.
