Rehab@Home are looking for a Physiotherapist - Advanced Clinical to join their team. This service is a multi-disciplinary, time limited community service providing rehabilitation, restorative care and urgent maintenance level services to clients including Transition Care Program within the Metro South at Home. The purpose of this position is to provide specialised clinical and consultancy services within Rehab@Home Physiotherapy service, delivering advanced physiotherapy services to stakeholders/consumers within a restorative care and rehabilitation orientated community service to achieve excellence in patient care, education, and research.

About the Role

• Deliver advanced level Physiotherapy clinical and consultancy services within a restorative care and rehabilitation orientated community service, in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
• Provide professional leadership and responsibility for development of physiotherapy clinical practices, procedures, and protocols.
• Apply advanced level independent professional judgment regarding the assessment and treatment planning of complex patients.
• Demonstrate high-level clinical leadership and mentoring support to less experienced clinicians to problem solve urgent and emergent complex clinical issues.
