About us: The outer western region of our service includes extremely remote communities. Cairns Hospital is the only major referral hospital in Far North Queensland and also provides care for people from Cape York and the Torres Strait.
About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
- Lead and manage the development and delivery of business change initiatives relating to the successful implementation of large scale, complex Sexual Health systems and project(s).
- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined above.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all business change activities within the Sexual Health environment, including business change management, benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Design and document the business change management approach to ensure strategic alignment to the realisation of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that are able to be monitored throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.
