About the Role
As the Manager, HR Workforce Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in workforce intelligence reporting and establishment management. Reporting to the Director, HR Strategy and Workforce Intelligence, you'll lead a small high-performing team responsible for large volumes of workforce reporting and establishment management. With strong leadership, data and reporting skills and a passion for innovation, you'll lead the development and continuous improvement of the organisations HR workforce reporting tools and dashboards through accessible, automated platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement automated workforce intelligence reports for enhanced accessibility.
• Develop and refine establishment management practices across the organisation.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce trends and insights through data-driven reports.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage HR metrics reporting and dashboards, enabling informed decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on data-driven retention strategies across the organisation.
• Provide insights on employee lifecycle metrics to inform HR strategy.
• Build organisation wide capability through data literacy and workforce intelligence tools.
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects that foster workforce reporting innovation.
