About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to consult with and support business managers with best practice People and Culture initiatives, plans and interventions to drive improvement in culture and engagement across the workforce of the relevant facility or directorateAbout you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide support, advice, and leadership in the development and implementation of the People and Culture
strategy for the relevant facility or directorate.
- Actively promote, lead, and facilitate people and culture solutions across the facility, ensuring alignment to existing facility specific strategies and delivery of the Metro North People and Culture strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable the development and implementation of People and Culture programs and solutions across all streams and professions at the facility or directorate.
- Deliver focused programs, in a cohesive and coordinated way, to enhance leadership capability, increase engagement and bring about positive cultural change across the facility – for example, succession planning, executive on-boarding and other tailored programs to address opportunities within the overarching People and Culture Strategy.
