development.
This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis, for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the planning, implementation, and quality assurance of the school's curriculum and assessment, in alignment with the Australian Curriculum and the CARF.
- Leading the Teaching and Learning team to support teachers in delivering high-quality pedagogical instruction (in alignment with the school's Explicit Improvement Agenda), through professional development, coaching, and mentoring.
- Leading the development and implementation of a high quality and targeted New and Beginning Teachers program to support teacher development.
- Analysing student achievement data to inform curriculum improvements and targeted professional development.
- Building teacher capacity to deliver curriculum and assessment that inclusively caters to diverse student learning needs.
- Leading collegial planning sessions with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance curriculum delivery.
- Developing and leading professional learning opportunities for staff to ensure ongoing professional growth and development.
- Strengthening future workforce capacity by partnering with universities, Heads of Departments, and teachers to support and develop pre-service teachers.
- Collaborating with Curriculum Heads of Department to build teachers' capacity to enact whole-school moderation processes.
- Leading the strategic direction of the Resource Centre, including managing staffing budget and resourcing.
- Collaboratively leading whole-school Academic Integrity.
- Leading the implementation of digital platforms relating to curriculum, teaching and learning.
