Your new Role:
The role is to provide accurate and timely records of important and significant documents and correspondence to support clinical care. You will also provide general reception duties, including management of patient appointment booking and accurately completing the registration of patients.
About You:
You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player with the ability to:
- Experience in providing administrative support to a team
- Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in resolving enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus
- Well-developed skills in computer-based technology and using multiple software packages
- The ability to work and engage in a team environment whilst working independently as required
- Strong time management and organisational skills
