An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Team at the Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- To deliver high level Physiotherapy clinical services and professional expertise within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service which includes the Community Rehabilitation, Transition Care, Chronic Disease Management and Hospital in the Home. The service is centre and/or home based.
- Work autonomously within the interdisciplinary Integrated Care Rehabilitation Team to manage, coordinate and provide optimal, responsive and flexible Physiotherapy services in acute and community settings.
- This role reports operationally to the Team Leader of Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service and professionally to the Director of Physiotherapy.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
