About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance and support to the MNHHS Medical Services Team. Manage correspondence and information records management systems in alignment with Qld Health and Metro North Records Management policy standards and procedures to ensure prompt efficient and accurate processing of MNH Medical Services correspondence.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Assist the MNH Chief Medical Officer and Deputy Chief Medical Officer to manage workload priorities through efficient diary, email and scheduling management.
• Identify, develop and implement strategies and work practices which will improve the work flow, efficiency and effectiveness of MNH Medical Services in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Utilise high levels of analytical skills and judgement as well as knowledge of organisational context to resolve day to day operational issues regarding administrative procedures and processes.
