You will provide high quality advice and support relating to all aspects of tenancy and leasing within Infrastructure Services. We are seeking applications from people who are agile and enthusiastic about what they can contribute to property management.

About Us:
The Housing Infrastructure team administer a range of property service functions including tenancy and leasing processes for teacher housing. Properties are leased from a range of sources including government owned housing and private rental markets.
About the Role:
As the Senior Infrastructure Services Officer, you will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following:
- Undertake research, analysis and evaluation to support business improvements and provide support to managers and team members to implement improvement and promote best practice within the team to support the management and administration of the department's infrastructure, planning and asset management programs.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external networks to support departmental responses to issues and best practice approaches to implementing consistent processes on a range of infrastructure and planning related services.
- Provide high level advice, information and support services across a broad range of infrastructure, planning and asset management related issues, with a strong focus on client centric facilities services and the provision of advice to staff in schools, regional teams and the wider community.
About You:
- You're conscientious - you have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary Government property management legislation, policies and procedures and capacity to provide professional advice relevant to real estate and property management.
- You're motivated - you display drive for continuous business efficiencies and improvements in the establishment tenancy and financial management for teacher accommodation.
- You're resilient - you have a proven ability to operate within a high-pressure environment, working autonomously and as a member of a team, and establish productive partnerships with external and internal clients to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
- You're proactive - you have a proven ability to ensure best practice in the development, implementation and review of strategies, policies and procedures and to be responsive to emerging property management issues.
