Your Opportunity
As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive work environment at Darling Downs Health. You'll provide expert advice on complex workplace issues, lead strategic initiatives, and work with a supportive team to create real impact.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Providing advice on workplace relations and ensuring compliance.
  • Managing investigations and dispute resolution processes.
  • Developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and culture.
  • Collaborating with managers and staff to resolve workplace issues.
  • Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement.

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in workplace relations, managing complex cases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead investigations and dispute resolution processes.

You'll stand out if you have:

  • Experience in healthcare or similar complex environments.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or additional training in workplace relations.
