Your Opportunity
As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive work environment at Darling Downs Health. You'll provide expert advice on complex workplace issues, lead strategic initiatives, and work with a supportive team to create real impact.

- Providing advice on workplace relations and ensuring compliance.
- Managing investigations and dispute resolution processes.
- Developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and culture.
- Collaborating with managers and staff to resolve workplace issues.
- Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in workplace relations, managing complex cases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead investigations and dispute resolution processes.
You'll stand out if you have:
- Experience in healthcare or similar complex environments.
- Postgraduate qualifications or additional training in workplace relations.
