The outer western region of our service includes extremely remote communities. Cairns Hospital is the only major referral hospital in Far North Queensland and also provides care for people from Cape York and the Torres Strait.
About your role:
- Undertake the administration of digital health clinical scheduling systems including security, access, upgrades, manage code sets\reference files and the documentation of protocols.
- Assist in conducting forums in a variety of contexts including one-on-one, small group and large group forums for the purposes of consultation and/or presentations.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovative digital health clinical systems and manage a quality improvement strategy (including regular audits of system data and the development of process and procedures) to ensure systems meet evolving user requirements whilst improving patient care.
