Aspects of the role include receipting, distribution, delivery, support and management of storage locations to ensure delivery of high quality, client focused Supply Chain processes to clients. 

What you'll do

  • Perform functions associated with the receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of clinical consumables; equipment (clinical & non-clinical) and other goods.
  • Perform delivery functions, in accordance with schedules and requirements, to meet customer needs.
  • Support storage locations including maintaining bar code labels up to date, removing empty boxes & maintaining the storage locations in a neat and tidy state.
  • Undertake computing tasks including scanning of assigned locations in accordance with the approved schedule, reporting; stores management (stock requirements / materials management) and catalogue activity.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

  • Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, practices relevant to the warehousing and distribution functions.
  • Ability to acquire the knowledge and skills to operate motor vehicles and materials handling equipment.
  • Experience in the use of S4HANA or similar operating systems.
  • Movement and physical suitability to perform the manual handling tasks associated with completing the role.
  • Forklift or MHE license desirable.
