About the opportunity:
Position: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Advanced (Identified)
- Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.

About the role:
As a member of the Cultural Assessment and Liaison Team (CALT), Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Wellbeing Assessment Engagement Services (ATSIWAES) Program Area you will participate in and contribute to the delivery of a culturally sensitive and appropriate mental health care service to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and their families/carers who access the Child and Youth Mental Health Service Teams.
All employees of the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the service.

- Salary range: $2878.20 to $3958.00 p.f. (HWF3)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable).
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance and Blue Card Checks.
