We are looking for a skilled Administration Officer to join the Office of the Deputy Director-General (ODDG) within the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR). Your Role at a Glance
You'll play a key role in ensuring that the ODDG office operates efficiently and effectively, taking the lead on administrative processes, governance coordination, and executive meeting preparation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Executive Officer in managing the DDG's workflow, monitoring key issues, and handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Preparing and managing high-level documentation, agendas, and minutes for executive meetings.
- Assisting with the coordination of government business and correspondence for OIR.
- Fostering collaborative partnerships across OIR to support service delivery and shared goals.
- Driving continuous improvement by reviewing and refining systems and processes.
- Providing overflow support across the team during peak periods.
