QRIDA is seeking an experienced and proven performer in the delivery of workforce management related services including: business partnering, talent acquisition, human resource strategy and technical HR services and advice, lead the delivery of coordinated and effective human resource management and/or employee relations advice, strategies and services to clients, provide leadership and case management in complex employment-related matters, provide leadership and management for a small team of HR practitioners delivering HR advice, consultancy and services. As the Manager, Workforce Services, you will take ownership of business initiatives, coordinating delivery while engaging with executive and operational leaders to embed sustainable improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide expert, authoritative, and time critical advice and consultancy services to Executive and senior managers on complex human resource matters (including employee relations; industrial relations; behaviour, conduct and integrity matters; employee individual grievance management; establishment management; recruitment; and employment conditions) through interpretation of legislation, regulations, directives, industrial instruments, human resource policies and guidelines.
- Building strong internal relationships and a high level of understanding of client needs to provide fit-for-purpose solutions and advice;
- Research and prepare briefs, reports, ministerial submissions and proposals which recommend the implementation of key workforce strategy initiatives and programs to build workforce capability and support business operations;

As a statutory body of the Queensland Government we have been helping primary producers and industry recover from natural disaster, improve sustainability and profitability, make a start in business, and overcome difficult conditions, for over 30 years.
As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
QRIDA is empowered under the Rural and Regional Adjustment Act 1994 to deliver additional programs and services across a range of industry sectors and to local, state and territory governments throughout Australia and for the Australian Government.
