Rehab@Home are looking for a Speech Pathologist - Advanced Clinical to join their team. This service is a multi-disciplinary, time limited community service providing rehabilitation, restorative care and urgent maintenance level services to clients including Transition Care Program (TCP) within the Metro South at Home (MSH@Home). This position is to provide specialised clinical and consultancy services within Rehab@Home Speech Pathology service and delivers advanced community-based speech pathology services to stakeholders/consumers within a restorative care and rehabilitation orientated community service.

About the Role
- Deliver advanced level speech pathology clinical and consultancy services within a restorative care and rehabilitation-oriented community service in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
- Provide professional leadership and responsibility for development of speech pathology clinical practices, procedures and protocols.
- Apply advanced level independent professional judgment regarding the assessment and treatment planning of complex patients.
- Act as a clinical reference point for speech pathology.
